Once the download of that is complete, rename it MRCD.zip and it will then act as a regular Zip file. jpg files are the artwork, you will be prompted to download a file called MRCD.jpg. The files are all included in one ZIP file, but as the Store program only recognizes. The Artwork is in fact, full high-res scans of the front and back cover and the entire original CD booklet.
